1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FormPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Use of Automation
FormPilot provides a tool for automating Google Forms submissions using realistic, AI-generated profile data. You agree to use this tool responsibly and strictly for testing, research, and legitimate administrative operations. You agree not to spam, overload, or maliciously submit forms to disrupt third-party services.
3. Credits and Payments
Each form submission consumes exactly 1 submission credit. Free tier users receive 8 free credits upon sign-up. Pro and Starter packages can be purchased. All packages represent digital consumption credits and are non-refundable, except in the case of verified server errors where credits will be automatically refunded to your dashboard.
4. Limitation of Liability
FormPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Google Forms) including account suspensions, IP blocklists, or submission rejections resulting from your automated activity.
